Regaining Equilibrium.

It's been a week. One single week since one good friend has left the state and has gone off to meet new people and have new adventures. This is a good thing. We all need change, because it is the only thing that drives us forward. This is even apparent on a very small scale.

In chemistry, one of the key concepts that people learn is that when pressure gets put on a system, everything changes to re-balance the system. In biology, the underpinning theory is that of evolution and natural selection, where (again) if a pressure is put on an environment, organisms in that environment need to adjust and change to fit into the new space they are in.

And so with that being said, humans do this without even knowing it.

Using the changes that people make (that has an effect on me) to restore balance in my life in a different form is good. I meet new people. I learn from different people's wisdom and get insight into how other people live. It also strengthens relationships that were already standing before a change occurred, meaning that people would be more willing to share life experiences and help me grow as a person. Learning is one thing that comes from change, and will help in the future changes that WILL occur. So if you are my friend then impart your wisdom on me and urge me to do the same, because this is how we will grow!

Change may still be scary and intimidating. But there is one thing I am sure of, and one thing that I hope you all may be sure of throughout life.

I am NOT afraid of the future.

Dr Posinator.

(ps: this post is all over the place cause I wanted to say something but I wasn't sure what. I'm pretty sure that I've deleted the equivalent of this whole document and then retyped it, so i apologize if it's a bit rubbish!)
